Exemption from Liability
1. Contents of the website
The author shall accept no responsibility of any kind for the immediacy, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Any liability claims made against the author, relating to damage of a material or ideal nature and caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or the use of incorrect or incomplete information, shall be rejected, provided that it cannot be proved that the author is guilty of premeditated or gross negligence.
Any offers shall be free and non-binding. The author shall expressly reserve the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of or the entire website without prior information or to temporarily or permanent withdraw the publication.

In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("Hyperlinks"), which are outside the sphere of responsibility of the author, any claims for liability shall only be valid in such cases as the author is aware of the contents and it was technically possible and responsible that they could have prevented use in the case of illegal content.
